F.D.C. (early model)

History:

The two vestpocket-pistols, which were put on the market by the company Delu, differ from each other by sight just by the grip-safety. But in function they are of complete different construction though.
The first and earlier type was a typical Eibar-construction with internal hammer and trigger-safety, but with some own details. For instance the shells were thrown out to the upside and some details were changed at the disconnector and at the fixing of the firing pin. This type has got no grip-safety. This model is also existing with approx. 1cm longer total length, where the reason for this is unknown.
The production started around mid of the 1920ies and was dedicated for the public market only. It ended around 1930, and together with the second model about 60.000 pcs. have been made.
